摘  要:海运是国际贸易的桥梁,海员是海运强国之基石,但近年来我国航海人才队伍建设与发展遇到诸多困境,亟待航海人才培养模式的创新与改革。在新工科背景下,结合“卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0”(以下简称“卓越计划2.0”)推进校企合作开展航海教育改革,有利于创新培养适应新时代国家海洋强国战略与海运行业发展需求的高素质航海人才。以集美大学航海技术专业“卓越班”培养模式为例,从校企合作思路、合作举措与合作成效等方面阐析校企联合航海人才培养的教育教学改革,并结合探索与实践,就校企合作在工程教育认识、联合课程与教材、合作监管与评价体系等方面提出思考与建议。The maritime industry is the bridge of international trade,and seamen is the cornerstone of a maritime power.In recent years,the construction and quality development of maritime personnel has encountered some dif⁃ficulties,and it needs urgent innovation and reform in the training of maritime personnel.Against the background of new engineering,we should promote school⁃enterprise cooperation to carry out maritime education reform in combination with“Excellence Initiative 2.0”,which is conducive to train high⁃quality navigation talents,who meet the development requirements of the strategy of national maritime power and shipping formats in the new era.Now taking the training mode of the“Excellence Class”of navigation technology major of Jimei University as an ex⁃ample,it analyzes the education reform and practice from the school⁃enterprise cooperation ideas,cooperation measures and cooperation results.Meanwhile combined with exploration,some thinking and suggestions are pro⁃vided for understanding engineering education,joint curriculum and teaching materials,cooperation supervision and evaluation system.
