“双高计划”背景下电力类高职院校提升能源国际化培训服务水平的思考

摘　　要：我国能源产业升级和国际化进程的不断推进,对能源国际化高素质技术技能人才提出了更多更高的要求。电力类职业院校作为培养高素质技能人才的主要阵地,承担着推动我国能源事业高质量发展的神圣使命。结合实际,以满足能源电力产业企业培训需求为目标,提出提升电力类“双高计划”高职院校服务能源国际化培训水平的思考,为电力类“双高计划”高职院校不断提升服务能源事业国际合作的能力和水平,加快以特色和质量走进世界职业教育中心,以及助推学校国际化进一步发展提供参考。With the upgrading and propelling of the internationalized process of the energy industry in China,there are higher requirements for internationalized high-quality skilled talents in the field of energy.As the main front of the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents,power-related vocational colleges are responsible for cultivating internationalized high-quality skilled talents in the filed of energy and propelling high-quality development of the energy industry in China.Based on the the demands of training of overseas energy industry and power enterprises,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the enhancement of the level of service of internationalized training in the field of energy for power related“double high-level plan”vocational colleges,which can provide reference for improving the competence and level of international cooperation for such colleges,accelerating the pace into the center of vocational education in the world with their features and quality,and boosting their further development of internationalization.
