基于技能大赛的护理专业实践教学改革探索

摘　　要：伴随着我国科技和经济的快速发展,人们对医疗保健的需求越来越高,市场对护理专业人才的需求量不断增加,因此需要采用科学的方法促进护理专业的教学改革,尤其是实践教学改革。而参加护理技能大赛是提高学生实践技能最好的方式。基于此,需要建立完善的护理技能比赛制度,以岗位要求为基础优化教学内容,规范护理技能操作,更加全面的护理技能考核,等等。以此提高护理专业学生的综合能力。With the rapid development of science and technology and economy in China,the demand for medical care is getting higher and higher,and the market demand for nursing professionals is increasing constantly.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt scientific methods to promote the teaching reform of nursing specialty,especially the reform of practical teaching.And to participate in nursing skills competition is the best way to improve students'practical skills,so it is necessary to establish a perfect nursing skills competition system,optimize the teaching content in view of job requirements,standardize nursing skills operation,and implement more comprehensive nursing skills assessment,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
