摘 要:为研究地铁大跨度连续钢桁桥上铺设减振垫无砟轨道时钢轨伸缩调节器的适用性,并对列车运行安全性进行评估,建立地铁列车-轨道-钢桥耦合动力学模型,对列车以不同速度通过桥梁时,设置钢轨伸缩调节器与不设置钢轨伸缩调节器两种工况对车体加速度以及不同激励条件下的轮轨垂向力等指标进行分析;提取钢轨伸缩调节器处结构的动力响应值对梁端结构动力响应进行研究,并对结构动力响应随速度的变化规律进行探索。结果表明,钢轨伸缩调节器对地铁钢桥动力效应影响较小,建议在地铁钢桥的适当区域应该进行钢轨伸缩调节器设置,以减缓无缝线路不良影响。In order to study the applicability of the rail expansion adjuster when laying the damping pad ballastless track on the long-span continuous steel truss bridge of the metro,and to evaluate the safety of train operation,a metro train-track-steel bridge coupled dynamics model was established to analyze the dynamic response indexes of the vehicle body acceleration and wheel-rail vertical force under different excitation conditions when the train passes through the bridge at different speeds with or without the rail expansion adjuster;the dynamic response of the beam end structure was also studied by extracting the dynamic response values of the different nodes of the structure at the rail expansion adjuster,and the variation law of the dynamic response of the structure changed with the speed was explored.Results show that the rail expansion adjuster has little impact on the dynamic effect of the metro steel bridge.It is suggested that the rail expansion adjuster should be set up in the appropriate area of the metro steel bridge to slow down the adverse effects of the seamless line.
