摘　　要：提高药学部药学实习带教质量,使药学实习生能够在其中获益,更好地适应将来的工作,是广州中医药大学第一附属医院药学部每一位带教教师应认真思考的问题。此文就广州中医药大学第一附属医院药学部药学实习过程中对实习生职业道德培养、岗前培训工作的开展、实习生带教工作过程中的体会进行探讨,以期在以后更好地开展实习生带教工作,培养出优秀的药学工作者,为广州中医药大学第一附属医院药学部的发展注入更多新鲜力量。Improving the quality of pharmacy internship teaching in the department of pharmacy,so that pharmacy interns can benefit from it,and better adapt to their future work is a question that every teacher should think about.This article discusses the professional ethics training of interns,the development of pre-job training,and the experience in the process of teaching interns during the pharmacy internship process of the department of pharmacy of the department of pharmacy of our hospital,in the hope that we will better carry out the teaching and training of interns in the future,cultivating more excellent pharmacy workers,and inject more fresh force into the development of our hospital’s pharmacy department.
