摘  要:作为应对新一轮技术革命和产业变革的重大战略部署,“双高计划”对打造引领高职教育创新式发展的高水平专业群,进而形成与区域社会经济发展同频共振的新格局有着深远影响。高水平专业群的形成主要由国家战略顶层设计、适应产业变革要求、提升资源整合效益、提升人才培养质量等多种因素协同耦合催生,其组群逻辑主要以产业发展、职业分类、国家需求和知识生产四种要素为基本导向。提出未来我国高水平专业群建构的“动力—运行—支撑—评价”四维行动路径,即以顶层设计引领发展、以利益协整带动发展、以整合资源优化发展和以多元评价助力发展。As a major strategic deployment to deal with a new round of technological revolution and industrial change,the“Double-High Plan”has a profound impact on building a high-level specialty group leading the innovative development of higher vocational education,and then forming a new pattern of resonance with regional social and economic development.The formation of high-level specialty group is mainly driven by the collaborative coupling of multiple factors,such as the top-level design of national strategy,adapting to the requirements of industrial reform,improving the efficiency of resource integration,and improving the quality of talent training.Its group logic is mainly guided by four elements of industrial development,occupational classification,national demand and knowledge production.Further,it points out the four-dimensional action path of“power-operation-support-evaluation”for the construction of high-level specialty groups in China in the future,that is,leading the development with top-level design,driving the development with interest co-integration,optimizing the development with integrated resources,and boosting the development with diversified evaluation.
