摘 要:教师权威是指在特定的历史和社会背景下,凭借国家、社会赋予的教育权力和个人因素而产生的、能够被学生自觉接受的、影响和改变学生心理、行为的一种支配力量。信息技术的大发展导致知识生态的大变迁,知识生态的变迁给教师权威带来了严重冲击,教师权威呈现旁落、挤压、弱化、受限的趋势。要重塑教师权威,应该提升教师自身智慧,重塑知识权威;提升信息素养,重塑教学权威;发扬人格魅力,重塑感召权威;优化乐业环境,支持权威重塑。Teacher authority refers to a dominant power that can consciously accept and influence and change students’ psychology and behavior by virtue of the educational power and personal factors under the specific historical and social background. The great development of information technology leads to the great changes of knowledge ecology,and the change of knowledge ecology has brought a serious impact to the teachers’ authority,which shows the trend of falling, squeezing, weakening and limitation. To reshape teachers’ authority,we should improve their own wisdom, reshape knowledge authority,improve information literacy,reshape teaching authority,promote personality charm, reshape inspiring authority;optimize the working environment,and support the reshaping of authority.
