行知精神在提升高校办学育人成效中的探索与实践

摘　　要：陶行知是伟大的人民教育家,由陶行知教育思想凝练形成的行知精神高度契合立德树人的内涵,是对中华民族伟大精神的继承和发扬,更是涵养社会主义核心价值观的源泉。合肥师范学院以行知精神为引领,将陶行知教育思想融入办学育人各个领域,通过“文化育人”“课程育人”“实践育人”等发展路径,促进了高校办学育人的成效提升。Tao Xingzhi is a great educator of the people,and Xingzhi spirit,as the essence of Tao’s educational thought,caters to the connotation of establishing moral integrity in talent cultivation.It is the inheritance and development of the great spirt of Chinese nation as well as the fountain containing the core socialist values.Using the Xingzhi spirit as the spiritual guidance,Hefei Normal University has integrated Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought into various aspects in college administration and talent cultivation and uplifted their effect with such developmental paths as educating students through culture,educating students through curriculum and educating students through practice.
