加强实验中心管理,提高药学实验教学质量的实践探索

摘　　要：药学实验中心做为辅助教学的单位,其主要职责是为高校的人才培养和科学研究提供更多、更好和更广的高质量服务。本文以广州医科大学药学院药学实验中心为例,分析现阶段药学实验中心在实验安全、教学衔接、人员管理及废水废液管理等方面存在的不足,并根据存在的问题有针对性地提出解决方案,经过一段时间的改革实践证明,在药学院实验中心实行的加强实验中心规范化管理取得了显著的成效。As an auxiliary teaching unit, the main responsibility of pharmaceutical experimental center is to provide more, better and wider high-quality services for talent training and scientific research in colleges and universities. Taking the pharmaceutical experimental center of Guangzhou Medical University as an example, the shortcomings of the current pharmaceutical experimental center were analyzed in the aspects of experimental safety, teaching connection, personnel management and waste water and waste liquid management, and solutions according to the existing problems were put forward. After a period of reform and practice, it was proved that the implementation of strengthening the standardization of experimental center in the experimental center of Guangzhou Medical University was feasible, it has achieved remarkable results.
