摘　　要：为做好第18届世界中学生运动会的食品安全保障工作,确保各项工作万无一失,对组织协调、工作机制、食品安全保障及保障环节中容易疏忽的问题进行分析,提出解决的措施和思路,为监管部门进一步采取应对策略提供理论依据。In order to do a good job in the food safety assurance work of the 18th Gymnasiade and ensure that all work is foolproof,we analyze the problems that are easily overlooked in the organization and coordination,working mechanism,food safety assurance and guarantee links,and propose solutions and ideas.The regulatory authorities further adopt countermeasures to provide theoretical basis.
