摘  要:中式快餐现存一些发展问题,其在装修环境、服务质量、产品供应和品牌推广等方面的标准化建设仍然无法与西式快餐巨头比肩而立,标准化问题成为制约中式快餐高质量发展的关键因素。近几年来,国家持续强调团体标准的重要法律地位和应用优势,团体标准可在中式快餐行业发挥重要作用,引领中式快餐创新发展、迅速反应市场需求、加强企业间交流合作、提高产业影响力。因此,我国必须准确定位团体标准发展现状,明确团体标准重要作用,并结合中式快餐发展优势和成功案例,使得团体标准成为推进中式快餐高质量发展的助推器。Chinese fast food restaurant has some existing problems in the development,its standardization of the decoration environment,service quality,product supply and brand promotion still lag behind the Western fast food giants,so standardization issues have become key factors limiting the development of Chinese fast food restaurant.In recent years,China continues to emphasize the important legal status and application advantages of association standards.Association standards can play an important role in the Chinese fast food industry,leading the development of Chinese fast food innovation,making rapid response to market demand,strengthening inter-enterprise communication and cooperation,and improving industrial influence.Therefore,China must accurately position the development of association standards,clarify the important role of association standards,and combine the advantages and successful cases of Chinese fast food development,so that association standards can become a booster to promote the high-quality development of Chinese fast food industry.
