摘 要:目的:探讨案例教学法在高职高专医学生生理学翻转课堂教学中的应用。方法:选择2021级护理学专业8班和9班学生,共120人,两个班随机分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,研究组让学生代表通过典型病例讲授血液病知识,病例选自学习临床医学教学题库;比较两组学生的理论考核成绩和学生对教学满意度及对生理学血液这一章节知识掌握程度的反馈情况。结果:研究组测试成绩[(87.6±12.3)分]均高于对照组[(70.4±7.8)分],均差异有统计学意义(t=8.41,6.28,7.21;均P<0.01)。研究组课堂效果评价高于对照组。结论:以生理学血液这一章节为授课内容,把案例教学法应用到翻转课堂中,丰富了教学的形式,提高了血液相关知识的教学效果,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore the application of case teaching method in the flipped classroom teaching of physiology for medical students in higher vocational colleges.Methods:A total of 120 students were selected from class 8 and class9 of nursing major in 2021.The two classes were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60).Traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.The study group let the student representatives teach the knowledge of hematopathy through typical cases,which were selected from the teaching question bank of clinical medicine.The two groups of students were compared in terms of their academic performance and their feedback on teaching satisfaction and knowledge mastery of physiology and blood.Results:The scores in the study group(87.6±12.3)were higher than those in the control group(70.4±7.8)with statistical significance(t=8.41,6.28,7.21;all P<0.01).The effect of classes in the study group is higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Taking the chapter of physiological blood as the content of teaching,the case teaching method is applied in the flipped classrooms,which enriche s the way of teaching and improves the teaching effect of blood related knowledge,and is worth of promotion.
