摘　　要："肾藏志"是五神藏理论的重要组成部分。了解和掌握"肾藏志"的心理学内涵,对指导精神疾病的诊疗有着重要的意义。文章在临床实践的基础上,通过文献梳理,结合现代生理心理学、认知心理学、情绪心理学及病理心理学,对"肾藏志"的神经心理学内涵进行分析探讨,希望能为精神疾病的中医辨证治疗提供思路。The theory of‘kidney controlling aspiration’is an important part of the five god stored theory.Understanding and mastering the psychological connotation of‘kidney controlling aspiration’is of great significance for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness.Based on clinical practice,this article combs through the literature,combines modern physiological psychology,cognitive psychology,emotional psychology and pathological psychology,and explores the neuropsychological connotation of‘kidney controlling aspiration’,hoping to be spiritual traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of diseases provide ideas.
