人工智能背景下高职会展专业数字化转型路径研究——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：人工智能背景下,会展专业人才培养规格升级。研究以广东轻工职业技术学院会展专业为例,探索重塑人才培养目标,重构“两融合”人才培养模式与“模块化、递进式、协同型”课程体系,构建结构化“双师型”教学团队,开发深度学习、跨界融合、人机协同、群智开放的“智慧课堂”,实施“项目驱动、以研促教、以赛促学”教学改革,由此打造粤港澳大湾区会展专业育训并举范例,形成辐射全国的“智能+”会展专业数字化改革模式,以期应对人工智能“去人化”挑战。The education of conference and exhibition major must be upgraded in order to meet the demand of artificial intelligence era.The paper is concerned with its pilot practice in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic.The new program reshape its training objectives,training mode and curriculum system plus a structured'double-qualified'teaching team,a'smart classroom'with deep learning,cross-border integration,man-machine collaboration and open group intelligence.The program also makes a teaching reform of'project-driven,research-driven and competition-driven'approach besides an immersive intelligent technology crowd-creation space.The program will provide the students with Chinese intelligent practice experience.Accordingly,it will provide a high-level talent guarantee and intellectual support for small and medium-sized exhibition enterprises and make an example of exhibition professional education and training in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.This new model will form a'intelligent+'exhibition digital model which exerts a profound impact on the whole country.
