遵义市护士对《精神卫生法》知晓和落实情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解及评价遵义地区护士对2013年5月1日颁布实施的《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》(简称《精神卫生法》)相关知识的知晓程度,并探讨提高护士对《精神卫生法》相关知识知晓程度的对策。方法采取自制《精神卫生法》相关知识量表,通过问卷星制作量表后随机投放至遵义市16家医院护士进行调查。以问卷答题及格率作为普及度判定指标,了解不同医院护士对《精神卫生法》相关知识的知晓情况。通过问卷星回收问卷1033份,排除102份无效问卷,有效回收931份,有效回收率为90.13%。结果931名护士对《精神卫生法》知晓率问卷得分总正确率为64.34%(599/931),及格率为52.42%(488/931);精神科、高级专业技术职务护士得分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论遵义市需采取有效措施提高护士《精神卫生法》的普及度。Objective To understand and evaluate the level of knowledge among nursing staff about《Mental Health Law of the People′s Republic of China》(hereinafter referred to as《Mental Health Law》)promulgated and implemented on May 1,2013 in Zunyi area,and to explore how to improve the nursing staff′s knowledge of《Mental Health Law》.Methods A self-made knowledge scale of《Mental Health Law》was adopted,which was randomly distributed to nurses in 16 hospitals in Zunyi city.The qualified rate of the questionnaire was used as the index of popularity to understand the knowledge of《Mental Health Law》in different hospitals.A total of 1033 questionnaires were collected,and 931 were effectively recovered with an effective recovery of 90.13%,excluding 102 invalid questionnaires.Results The total correct rate of 931 nurses′scores on the questionnaire of awareness rate of《Mental Health Law》was 64.34%(599/931),and the passing rate was 52.42%(488/931).The score of nursing staff in psychiatric department and senior professional and technical posts was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to improve the popularization of《Mental Health Law》among nursing staff in Zunyi city.
