摘 要:目的从主任医师视角构建住培医师医患沟通能力培训模式,评估经该模式培训后住培医师医患沟通能力提升效果。方法选取2019年9月至12月在北京中医药大学东直门医院进行住院医师规范化培训的40名住培医师为研究对象,住培第二年组和第三年组各20名。设计针对性医患沟通能力培训模式,由具有“中国医师人文医学执业技能师资”资质的主任医师系统培训9学时。培训内容:沟通核心技能、采集全面信息、讲解病情并达成医患双方认可的诊疗方案、生命教育。以SEGUE评分为主要指标评估培训前后两组住培医师的医患沟通能力。结果培训前规培第二年组和第三年组SEGUE评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。全部住院医师经系统培训后,SEGUE评分较培训前显著提升(p<0.01)。结论经构建的培训模式培训后,住培医师医患沟通能力得以显著提升,教学效果良好。提示在各科轮转的基础教育之,上,深化以“与患者有效沟通”为代表的医学核心素养教育之意义。Objective This paper aims to construct a training mode of doctor-patient communication ability from the perspective of chief physicians, and evaluate training effects of residents of standardized training. Methods A total of 40 residents who received standardized training in Dongzhimen Hospital, first affiliated hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, from September to December of 2019 were selected as research subjects, including 20 in the second-year training and 20 in the third-year training. The target-oriented training of doctor-patient communication ability was designed covering such skills and abilities as communicating, information collecting, explaining diseases, reaching agreement on treatment plans for both patients and doctors, and also including life education. The two groups attended a 9-hour training by chief physicians with the “qualification of humanistic medicine”.Results There was no significant difference of the SEGUE score between the two groups before the training(P> 0.05). The SEGUE score for all the residents was increased after the 9-hour training and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion After the training, the doctor-patient communication ability of the residents was significantly improved. The findings show that it is of great significance to further the education of core medical literacy such as effective communication ability of doctor-patient apart from basic medical education.
