摘 要:针对传统的实践教学中,学生无法通过一个实验熟悉完整的新药研发流程,难以将中药研究的相关知识整体串联,不利于研发思路的系统培养的现状。尝试将虚拟仿真实验与实体实验串联,从教学内容、课时安排和考核评价等方面,探索了“虚实结合”的教学实践模式,并将该模式应用于中药综合性实验课程的教学。结果显示,这一教学实践模式有效提高了学生的学习兴趣、突出了实验难点、提升了教学效果,为中药研发类实验课程的实验教学改革提供了思路。In the conventional practice teaching,students are unable to familiarize with the complete research and development process of new drugs by doing one experiment.Therefore,they find it hard to acquire relevant knowledge of Chinese pharmacy research as a whole,leading to unfavorable outcomes in cultivating students,thinking of research and development.In this research,we try to combine virtual simulation experiments to physical experiments to explore a mixed mode of“virtual-physical”teaching practice in terms of teaching contents,teaching schedule and teaching assessments.The findings show that the application of this mode has greatly inspired the students'interests,identified the experimental focuses,and enhanced the teaching efficiency.The exploration will provide ideas for the experimental teaching reform of integrated experimental courses.
