摘 要:为更好地开发和利用佛手山药淀粉,试验探究微波辅助提取佛手山药淀粉的最佳工艺条件,以佛手山药淀粉的提取率为响应值,采用单因素试验及响应面法优化微波辅助提取佛手山药淀粉的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为pH 9、料液比1︰5 (g/mL)、微波时间30 s、微波功率240 W,该条件下佛手山药淀粉的提取率为35.8%±1.40%,与响应面预测值(37.1%)接近。In order to better develop and to utilize Foshou yam starch,the optimal technological condition for microwaveassisted extraction of Foshou yam starch was explored.Taking the extraction rate of Foshou yam starch as the response value,single factor experiment and response surface method were used to optimize the technological conditions for extracting Foshou yam starch by microwave.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were pH 9,solid-liquid ratio 1︰5(g/mL),microwave time 30 s and microwave power 240 W.Under this condition,the extraction rate of Foshou yam starch was 35.8%±1.40%,which was close to the prediction value of response surface methodology(37.1%).
