摘 要:试验旨在检测生长在贵州的不同品种花椒(Zanthoxylum schinifolium)麻味物质质量分数,比较分析不同品种间麻味物质的差异。贵州贞丰顶坛花椒(Z.planispinum var.dintanensis)、云南昭通青花椒(Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Yunnan)及重庆江津九叶青花椒(Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Chongqing)在贵州德江进行种植,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对其进行测定。结果表明,羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素及羟基-γ-山椒素的线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.995,其精密度、重复性、稳定性及加标回收率的相对标准偏差(S_(RSD))<1.8%;羟基-α-山椒素(36.447~45.377 mg/g)是花椒麻味的主要物质,其质量分数远高于羟基-β-山椒素(3.857~7.733 mg/g)和羟基-γ-山椒素(3.236~3.432 mg/g);不同品种花椒总麻味物质的质量分数从大到小为顶坛花椒>九叶青花椒>云南青花椒,其中贵州贞丰的顶坛花椒质量分数最高,达52.566 mg/g。贵州德江种植的不同品种花椒麻味物质质量分数高于原产地种植的花椒,说明贵州德江的生态环境适应花椒生长,且贵州本地顶坛花椒麻味物质质量分数高于其他花椒品种。该研究为贵州本地特色产业合理选择原料提供科学依据,也为相关研究提供理论基础。The purpose of this test is to detect the mass fraction of hemp substances of different varieties of Zanthoxylum schinifolium grown in Guizhou,and to compare and analyze the differences of hemp substances among different varieties.Z.planispinum var.dintanensis,Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Yunnan,and Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Chongqing are conducted in Dejiang,Guizhou.Planting,using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determine it.The results show that the linear relationship of hydroxy-α-sanshool,hydroxy-β-sanshool and hydroxy-γ-sanshool is good,the correlation coefficient R^(2)≥0.995,the relative precision,repeatability,stability and recovery rate of standard addition Standard deviation(S_(RSD))<1.8%;Hydroxy-α-sanshool(36.447-45.377 mg/g) is the main substance of Z.schinifolium hemp,and its mass fraction is much higher than that of hydroxy-β-sanshool(3.857-7.733 mg/g) and hydroxy-γ-sanshool(3.236-3.432 mg/g);The mass fractions of total hemp substances of different varieties of Z.schinifolium are Z.planispinum var.dintanensis>Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Chongqing>Z.armatum var.novemfolius in Yunnan,of which Z.planispinum var.dintanensis has the highest mass score,reaching 52.566 mg/g.Different varieties of Z.schinifolium planted in Dejiang,Guizhou Province have higher hemp content than Z.schinifolium grown in the original place,indicating that the ecological environment of Dejiang,Guizhou is adapted to the growth of Z.schinifolium,and the local Z.planispinum var.dintanensis hemp content is higher than others Z.schinifolium variety.This research provides a scientific basis for the rational selection of raw materials for Guizhou’s local characteristic industries,as well as a theoretical basis for related research.
