摘 要:随着《职业生涯教育法》的颁布实施,韩国高校职业生涯教育迈入了新的发展阶段,但依然存在特色建设缺位等问题,亟待予以解决。2015年以来,以亚洲大学为代表的5所高校陆续推行了"职业生涯体验学期制",旨在通过制度创新,为学生提供职业生涯体验与探索的机会,提高职业生涯教育质量。纵观五所高校的制度实践,具有强调全程质量管理、注重彰显学生主体性、实施规范且富有弹性等特点。该制度不仅有效提升了参与学生的"职业适应性"等能力,而且更为韩国教育部制定全新的高校职业生涯教育改革举措,提供了重要参考范例与决策依据。With the implementation of the career education law,the career education in Korean universities has entered a new stage of development,but there are still some problem,such as the lack of characteristic construction,which needs to be solved promptly.Since 2015,five universities,represented by Ajou university,have successively implemented the career experience semester systems,aiming to provide students with opportunities for career experience and exploration and improve the quality of career education through institutional innovation.Analyzing the institutional practice of the five universities reveal that they have the characteristics of emphasizing the total quality management,paying more attention to students’subjectivity,standardizing the implementation process and applying flexible management.The system has not only effectively improved the career adaptability of the five universities’participators,but also provided an important reference and decision-making basis for the Ministry of education of the Republic of Korea to formulate a new reform measure of career education in universities.
