摘 要:目的通过调查海口市大学生网购食品知识、态度及行为现状,找出目前存在的问题并分析其原因,为网购食品安全管理提供理论参考。方法通过自行设计的问卷,采用随机抽样方法,对海口市五所大学的1000名学生进行调查。采用卡方检验和非参数检验方法对结果进行分析。结果不同学校、专业、性别、学历、年级及是否接受过专业的食品安全教育对网购食品安全知识评分差异有统计学意义;不同学校、学历及是否接受过专业的食品安全教育对网购食品安全行为评分差异有统计学意义。在抽样调查的123名大学生中不愿意网购的原因是觉得网上食品不可靠占比65.9%、需等待与物流不及时占比41.5%。结论海口市大学生食品安全知识的知晓率较低,食品安全消费行为还存在很多问题,后期应该加强学生网购食品安全防范意识的培养和教育。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of online shopping food among college students in Haikou,analyze the causes of the current problems,and provide theoretical references for online food safety management.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey of 1,000 students from five universities in Haikou City using a random sampling method.The results were analyzed using the chi-square test and non-parametric test.Results There were statistically significant differences in online food safety knowledge scores between different schools,majors,genders,academic qualifications,grades,and whether they had received professional food safety education.Differences in safety behavior scores were statistically significant among different schools,qualifications,and whether they had received professional food safety education for online shopping.Among the 123 college students sampled,the reasons for not being willing to buy food online included that online food is unreliable accounting for 65.9%and that online food is need to wait and logistics is not timely accounting for 41.5%.Conclusion The awareness rate of food safety knowledge among college students in Haikou was low,and there were still many problems in food safety consumption behavior.The cultivation and education of students'online food safety awareness should be strengthened.
