教育学硕士研究生求学动机的质性研究——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

摘　　要：基于扎根理论,运用NVivo软件对12名教育学硕士研究生访谈资料进行分析,构建以功利性动机、内生性动机和无动机为框架的教育学硕士研究生求学动机理论模型。结果表明:求学动机是一个动态建构过程;"谋求职业型""自我提升型"与"他人影响型"是较为重要的子动机类型;不同学科背景研究生求学动机差异较大。针对教育学硕士研究生功利性动机突出、动机不明等问题,建议引导大学生做好生涯规划,并基于"项目学习"进行教育学硕士研究生培养。Based on grounded theory,using NVivo software to analyze the interview data of 12 postgraduates in education,constructing a theoretical model of the motivation of postgraduates in education with the framework of utilitarian motivation,endogenous motivation and no motivation.The results show that the motivation for studying is a dynamic process of construction;the types of sub-motivations are"career-seeking","self-improvement"and"other-influenced";the motivations of graduate students with different disciplines are quite different.In view of the problems of insufficient endogenous motivation and unclear motivation of postgraduates in education,it is recommended to guide college students to make career planning,guide postgraduates to maintain a positive attitude,and train postgraduates in education based on the ARCS model.
