摘　　要：在新时期高职院校“双高计划”建设的背景下,培养符合时代特征和社会需要的具有合格职业技能和职业素养的复合型技能人才,是职业教育教学改革的迫切要求。针对药品生产技术专业群,开展聚焦于安全意识、环保意识、质量意识(简称SEQ)职业素养的培养,有利于学生职业角色转变,提高就业适应力和竞争力,并满足企业需求。分析了国内外研究现状,探讨了从社会层面、行业层面、企业层面、教育层面开展SEQ培养的必要性,提出以现有HSE和GMP管理体系的有机融合为基础,建设SEQ教育情境。开发SEQ教育工作项目,是药品生产技术专业群核心职业素养培养成功的关键所在。Under the background of the“High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialty Groups”construction in the new era,cultivating compound talents with qualified skills and professional quality in line with the times and social needs is an urgent requirement of reform and development of vocational education.For Pharmaceutical Production Technology Specialty Group(PPTSP),the awareness cultivation of safety,environmental protection and quality(SEQ)is conducive to the transformation of students professional roles,improvement of their employment adaptability and competitiveness,and the needs of enterprises.This paper analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,discusses the necessity of SEQ training from the social,industry,enterprise and education level,and puts forward that building SEQ education situation and developing SEQ education work projects based on the organic integration of existing HSE and GMP management system are the key to the success of core professional quality training of PPTSP.
