摘  要:加强高层次医学人才队伍建设,实施人才战略是当前医院事业发展的核心要务,文章在作者多年的医院管理工作实践经验基础上,归纳分析当前医院人才工作中存在的问题和不足,提出针对当前阶段高层次医学人才引育工作的思考和对策,科学制定人才引育战略规划、创新人才工作思路、建立健全培育、评价和激励机制。Strengthening the construction of high-level medical talent team and implementing talent strategy are the core tasks of the current hospital career development.Based on the author's years of practical experience in hospital management,the article summarizes and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the current hospital talent work,and puts forward the thinking and countermeasures for the introduction and cultivation of high-level medical talents at the current stage,scientifically formulates strategic plans for talent introduction and cultivation,innovates talent work ideas,and establishes and improves training,evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
