先秦礼乐文明中的“酒”:以祭礼、乡饮酒礼和燕礼为中心的考察

摘  要:酒是先秦礼乐文明中的一个重要元素,在祭祀、敬长、合欢等诸多礼仪场合都离不开酒。在不同的礼仪活动中,酒被赋予了不同的意义。从祭礼之用酒中,我们可以看到,祀神之酒贵薄而贱厚,以其尚质贵本,乃得交于神明之宜。乡饮酒礼的意义,则在于明敬让、序长幼、别贵贱,以成就孝弟、尊贤、敬长、养老的道德风尚。至于燕礼,在朝廷则尽君臣之欢,在宗族则敦族人之睦,故不醉无归以示之亲也,既醉守礼以示之敬。Wine is an important element in the Rites and Music Cuture of the Pre-Qin Dynasty, and it is inseparable from many ritual occasions, such as sacrifice, respect for elders, joys together and so on. In different ritual activities, wine is endowed with different meanings. The wine used in sacrifice, for the purpose of worshiping gods, values the lighter flavor rather than that of thicker, so with its high quality, it can be handed over to the gods. The significance of Rural Drinking Rites is to show respect for others, respect for seniority, and distinguish between the noble and the lowly, so as to achieve the moral customs of filial piety, respect the sages and the elders, and support the elders. As for Yan Rite, in the court, it is the joy of monarchs and ministers, and in the clan, it is the good neighborliness of the people. Therefore, people will not return until they get drunk so as to show good relationship, and even though they are drunk, they still need to abide by rites to show respect.
