摘  要:本研究以理论导向的医学教育文献为研究对象,通过对3本重要医学教育学术期刊近10年(2012年1月~2022年1月)发文进行文献分析,希望了解医学教育研究对医学教育改革的理论贡献趋势。研究发现,理论导向的文献占总发文量的15.19%;理论导向的文献中,以教学方法和学生学习能力为主要研究主题;北方高校发表理论导向文章倾向更为明显;独立设置医学院校贡献了更多研究成果。研究建议:医学教育研究者应当加强基本教育理论训练;不断服务和满足社会需求;综合性大学应当继续加强医学教育研究。This study takes the theory oriented medical education literature as the research object.Through the literature analysis of the papers published in three important medical education academic journals in recent 10 years(January 2012-January 2022),the purpose of the study is to understand the theoretical contribution trend of medical education research to medical education reform.The study found that the theory oriented literature accounted for 15.19%of the total number of papers;In the theory oriented literature,teaching methods and students are the main research topics;The tendency of publishing theory oriented articles in northern colleges and universities is more obvious;Independent medical colleges have contributed more research results.The research suggests that medical education researchers should strengthen the training of basic educational theory;Continuously serve and meet the social needs;Comprehensive universities should continue to strengthen medical education and research.
