辽宁省沈阳市2021年度收获稻谷品质分析与评价

摘　　要：本文综合分析了辽宁省沈阳市2021年度收获的27个有代表性的稻谷品种的品质情况,根据品质指标分析评价结果,更好地引导农民种植优质品种,指导粮食收储企业科学收储粮食。评价结果表明,辽粳399等26个品种均满足优质稻谷标准规定。This paper studies the quality of 27 representative paddy varieties harvested in Shenyang,Liaoning province in 2021,analyze the evalution results according to the quality indicators,better guide farmers to plant high-quality varieties,guide grain collection and storage enterprises to collect and store grain scientifically.The evaluation results showed that Liaojing 399 and other 26 varieties met the standard of high quality paddy.
