摘 要:普职融通是满足高中阶段学生多样化学习需求、提供多元发展机会的重要方式。苏格兰面向S5和S6在校生设置独立的基础学徒制,为学生提供基于工作的课程学习机会,在课程设计、学徒招聘以及课程实施与评价等方面体现了多元主体合作、整合质量保障与学生个性发展以及突出公平性等特征,并以提供学生多元化发展路径、缩短学校与工作之间的距离以及扩散职业课程影响力等方式促进了高中阶段教育普职融通发展。基于基础学徒制的经验,我国促进高中阶段教育普职融通发展需要新的理念与视野,通过制度完善与机制设计,拓展课程路径以及改进治理水平,促进高中阶段教育普职协调发展。The integration of general education and vocational education is a significant way to meet the diversified learning requirements of pupils in the senior phase of secondary education and a way to provide these young students with various opportunities.Scottish Foundation Apprenticeships are a series of vocational subject choices,offering work-based learning opportunities for students in their learning periods of S5 and S6.In terms of subject design,apprentice recruitment,subject implementation and evaluation,it represents characteristics with multi-stakeholder partnerships,quality assurance and individuality development integration and equity stressing.Foundation Apprenticeships in Scotland promote the development of general education and vocational education integration in the senior phase at secondary education by providing pupils with diversified progression routes,shortening the distance between school and work and expanding the impacts of vocational subjects.Based on the experience of this kind of vocational subject,new ideas and visions are needed in the process of promoting general education and vocational education integration;furthermore,by improving system and mechanism designation,expanding subjects’path,and improving the governance standard,it intends to achieve the coordinated development of general education and vocational education integration in senior phase at secondary education.
