摘　　要：黑茶作为一种经微生物、酶和湿热条件共同作用的后发酵茶,有诸多药理作用,包括促胃肠道功能、降血糖、增敏胰岛素、保肝护肝、抗动脉粥样硬化、减肥降脂和抗炎等,值得进一步发掘与研究。本文对黑茶相关的药理功效及作用机制研究进展进行了综述。As a kind of post-fermented tea that is co-acted by microbial enzymes and humid and hot conditions,dark tea has many pharmacological effects,including promoting gastrointestinal function,lowering blood glucose,increasing sensitization and insulin,protecting liver,anti-atherosclerosis,reducing weight and lipid reduction,etc.And its value is worthy of further exploration and research.In this paper,the relevant mechanism of action is reviewed.
