摘　　要：为建立检测茯砖茶中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的免疫亲和净化-高效液相色谱质谱分析方法,并对20份茯砖茶样品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量进行测试。样品经过70%甲醇溶液匀浆提取,免疫亲和柱富集净化,经C18色谱柱分离后采用三重四级杆质谱检测。结果表明,HPLC-MS检测线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.03 μg/kg,加标浓度2 ~ 20 μg/kg时,回收率为87.5% ~ 90.1%,相对标准偏差< 6.0%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,满足茯砖茶中AFB_(1)的检测要求。此外,还探讨了茯砖茶中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的危害程度。Objective:To establish an immunoaffinity purification HPLC-MS method for the determination of aflatoxin B_(1) in Fuzhuan Tea,and to determine the content of aflatoxin B_(1) in 20 Fuzhuan Tea samples.Methods:The samples were extracted by 70% methanol solution,enriched and purified by immunoaffinity column,separated by C18 column and detected by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Results:The linear relationship of HPLC-MS was good,the detection limit was 0.03 μg/kg,the recovery rate was 87.5 ~ 90.1%,the relative standard deviation was less than 6.0%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,which can meet the detection requirements of AFB_(1) in Fuzhuan Tea.The harm degree of aflatoxin B_(1) in Fuzhuan Tea was also discussed.
