摘  要:当前国家正在各个领域推进治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,高校继续教育治理现状距离现代化治理要求还存在较大的差距。与高校其他治理模式相比,善治模式在推进高校继续教育治理迈向现代化建设上更具优势和正义,也更符合高校继续教育治理的实践诉求。把善治模式带入高校继续教育治理领域,需要围绕公共利益最大化这个核心议题厘清公共利益是谁的利益、公共利益该如何整合以及应怎样实现三个基本问题。在善治模式下,高校继续教育治理中的重要主体应按照政府调控、学校主导、学员参与、专家导引、社会协同的逻辑展开行动。At present,China is promoting the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in various fields.There is still a large gap between the current situation of higher continuing education governance and the requirements of governance modernization.Compared with other governance models in colleges and universities,the good governance model takes more advantages and justice in promoting the governance of higher continuing education to realize modernization and more caters to the practical demands of higher continuing education governance.Introducing the good governance model to the field of higher continuing education needs to focus on the core issue of maximizing the public interest and clarify three basic issues:whose interest is the public interest,how to integrate the public interest and how to realize it.Under the good governance model,the important subjects of higher continuing education governance should act according to the logic of government regulation,school leadership,student participation,expert guidance and social coordination.
