摘　　要：为探讨既有铁路的改造模式,充分利用、盘活铁路资源,提升沿线土地价值与城市品质,研究既有铁路的功能变化趋势,从上位政策、城市发展、出行特征、综合交通、运营与管理等多个角度,分析既有铁路公交化改造的必要性与可行性;通过分析线站位、沿线用地、各交通方式衔接、客流量级等因素,深入探讨线路的功能与需求特征,为西户铁路改造工程进一步研究提供依据。To research the renovation mode of existing railway,make full use of resources,revitalize railway assets and enhance the value of the land and the quality of the cities along the lines,this paper studies the function of existing railways from the perspectives of superior policy,urban development,travel characteristics,integrated transportation system,operation and management,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of public transport renovation.By analyzing such factors as station position,land use along the lines,connection of different modes of transportation and passenger flow level,this paper deeply discusses the function and demand characteristics of the lines,and provides references for further study of XiHu railway renovation.
