摘 要:利用Optistruct对某市域快轨车车顶中空铝合金型材断面进行拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化计算结果,综合考虑车辆性能和制造加工等方面的因素,在满足相关技术标准要求的前提下,重新设计车顶的筋板布局。结果表明,优化后的车顶结构实现减重87.3 kg,减重率为9.42%,轻量化设计效果明显。本文的优化分析结果为日后市域快轨车的车顶筋板布局设计提供了一定的参考。In this study we carried out topologic optimization of the cross section of the hollow aluminum alloy of an urban rapid rail car roof by using OptiStruct software.According to the topologic optimization calculation results, comprehensively considering the car performance, manufacturing and other factors, and on the premise of meeting the requirements of relevant technical standards, the layout of the roof rib was redesigned.The weight of the optimized roof structure was reduced by 87.3 kg(9.42%),and the effect of the lightweight design was obvious.This study has provided some references for the layout design of the car roof rib of the urban rapid rail system.
