荨麻叶绿体基因组密码子偏好性分析

摘　　要：以荨麻(Urtica fissa L.)叶绿体基因组为研究对象,筛选出56条CDS序列,通过中性绘图分析、ENC绘图分析和PR 2绘图分析,探究其密码子的使用模式。结果表明,荨麻叶绿体基因组中密码子第3位偏好以A/T碱基结尾,密码子使用模式主要受自然选择的影响,最优密码子分析中确定GCT、CGT等15个最优密码子,且大多数以A和T结尾。本研究结果为提高外源基因在荨麻叶绿体中的表达效率提供了一定的参考。In this study,56 CDS sequences were screened from the Urtica fissa chloroplast genome to explore the usage patterns of codons by neutral mapping analysis,ENC mapping analysis and PR 2 mapping analysis.The results showed that the codon at third position in the chloroplast genome of U.fissa preferred to end with A/T base,and the codon usage pattern was mainly influenced by natural selection.In optimal codon analysis,15 codons including GCT and CGT,etc.were determined to be optimal codons,and most of them ended with A and T.The results of this study provided a reference for improving the expression efficiency of foreign genes in U.fissa chloroplast.
