摘 要:培养学生正确的劳动观念既是其择业、从业、敬业的必要前提,也是社会主义核心价值观的内在要求。五年制高职院校的学生年龄跨度大、依赖性强、自律性弱,劳动观念的培育过程错综复杂。现阶段劳动观念培养上存在着体系不完善、过程不完整、形式较单一等问题。为解决上述问题,应将学生劳动观念的培养作为劳动教育的重点目标和内容,充分利用学生心理发展特点、培养周期长等优势以及实践平台的有利条件,根据新时代社会人才结构需求,顶层设计培养体系,从课程、教学、考核等方面落实新时代社会主义劳动观念的科学培育。Cultivating students’ correct labor concept is not only the premise of their job choice, employment and dedication, but also the inherent requirement of core socialist values. The students of five-year higher vocational colleges are characterized by wide age span, strong dependence and weak self-discipline, which complicates the cultivation process of labor concept. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of labor concept, such as imperfect system, incomplete process and unitary form. In order to solve the above problems, we should take the cultivation of students’ labor concept as the key goal and content of labor education, make full use of the advantages of students’ psychological development characteristics, long training cycle and practice platform, design the top-level training system according to the social talent structure needs in the new era, and implement the scientific cultivation of socialist labor concept in the new era from the aspects like curriculum, teaching and assessment.
