摘　　要：军队院校航空宇航科学与技术学科是我军航空兵部队建设的基础和保障,其建设水平直接关系到航空兵部队新质战斗力的生成和高素质新型军事人才的培养。本文以空军工程大学为例,通过总结航空宇航科学与技术学科建设的内涵和现状,分析学科发展过程中所面临的挑战和机遇,针对军队院校的主要特点,在人才培养、团队建设等各个方面,提出了促进学科发展的具体思路。通过这些举措帮助军队院校的航空宇航科学与技术学科能够不负领袖嘱托,在新时期焕发出新的生命力,持续发展,不断壮大,为实现强大的国防贡献力量。The level of aeronautical and astronautical science and technology in military academies is directly related to the combat effectiveness of air force and the cultivation of high-quality military personnel.In this paper,According to the main characteristics of military academies,some specific ideas of discipline development were explained on the aspects of personnel training and team building based on summarizing the connotation of discipline construction,analyzing the challenges and opportunities in the process of development.It’s hoped that through these measures,aeronautical and astronautical science and technology can carry out the leader’s entrustment and contribute to the building of strong national defense in the new era.
