摘　　要：干部驻村是党领导基层治理的一种重要工作机制。基于“引领性—主体性”二元分析框架可以看出,驻村干部在既定时间内完成驻村任务的程度,取决于以朝夕相处为特征的陪伴式治理成效。若要实现陪伴式治理的理想成效,离不开驻村干部引领性和村民主体性的充分发挥以及二者整体合力的塑造。从陪伴式治理的驻村工作机制看,驻村干部只有借助融入机制、引导机制、参与机制以及培育机制,在完成自身从嵌入到融入转变的同时,充分激活和培育村民的主体性,才能实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接。与此同时,驻村干部在陪伴引领村民开展乡村振兴的具体工作时,要始终注意自身的角色定位,是引导而不是主导,是参与而不是代替;要始终注意驻村工作的核心价值是激活内生发展而不是依靠外生增长。唯有如此,驻村干部才能更好助力乡村振兴的全面推进。The working mechanism of village-based cadres is important at the primary level management of the CPC leadership. The dual analysis framework of “initiativity and subjectivity” shows that the extent,to which village-based cadres fulfilling their tasks in the given time, depends on the effect of accompanying governance. When realizing the ideal effect of the accompanying governance characterized by daily living patterns, the initiativity of cadres, the full realization of villagers’ subjectivity and the formation of their overall resultant force are essential. From the working mechanism of accompanying governance, villagebased cadres need to apply the mechanisms of integration, guidance, participation and cultivation to complete the transformation from embedding to integrating. The effective link between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization can be obtained by fully activating and cultivating the villagers’ subjectivity. Meanwhile,village-based cadres should focus on their own role orientation when accompanying and guiding the villagers to carry out the specific work of rural revitalization. Attention should be paid to the core value of village-based by activating endogenous development rather than relying on exogenous growth. Only in this way can village-based cadres contribute better to the overall promotion of rural revitalization.
