我国五行通背拳文化传承基地建设保障机制研究

摘　　要：文章主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国五行通背拳文化传承基地建设的保障机制进行深入研究,皆在加快和推进我国五行通背拳文化传承基地高质量建设。研究认为:我国五行通背拳文化传承基地建设要加强制度、人力和资金三个层面的保障机制,加快研制五行通背拳教育教学制度、课程管理制度、推广传承制度、基地建设制度、人才招生制度,统筹协调五行通背拳师资队伍、外聘人员和推广人员的保障措施,积极拓宽五行通背拳科学研究资金、教育教学资金和社会支持资金的来源渠道,为新时代建设高质量的五行通背拳文化传承基地提供多元化、全方面的保障举措。This study mainly adopts the literature method,expert interview method,logical analysis method,etc.,to conduct in-depth research on the guarantee mechanism of the construction of China’s Wuxing Tongbei Cultural heritage base,all in speeding up and promoting the high-quality construction of China’s Wuxing Tongbei cultural heritage base.The study concluded that:Pass back the five elements boxing cultural inheritance base construction in China should strengthen the system,three levels of manpower and funds safeguard mechanism,accelerate the development of pass back the five elements boxing education teaching system,curriculum management system,the promotion of inheritance system,base construction system,talent recruitment system,to coordinate,pass back the five elements boxing participating faculty,staff and promotion workers safeguard measures,Actively expand the source channels of scientific research funds,education and teaching funds and social support funds,and provide diversified and all-round measures to ensure the construction of high-quality Wuxing Backboxing cultural heritage base in the new era.
