摘　　要：目的分析音乐训练对3~6岁人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉能力康复的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2021年4月北京大学人民医院和河北省儿童医院收治的100例人工耳蜗植入儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各50例。对照组采用常规语言康复训练,研究组采用音乐训练的语训模式,训练周期6个月。比较两组被试音调感知能力、听觉能力、言语能力、儿童焦虑、抑郁性情绪状况。结果训练后,研究组旋律辨别及和弦辨别正确率显著高于对照组,F3音调、C4音调辨差阈值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组听觉能力、言语能力显著高于对照组,儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐训练有利于促进3~6岁人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉能力康复,增强其音乐感知能力,从而改善心理状态。Objective To analyze the effect of language training mode combined with music training on hearing rehabilitation of 3-6 years old children with cochlear implant.Methods 100 children with cochlear implant treated in the People’s Hospital of Peking University and Hebei Children’s Hospital from January 2017 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine language rehabilitation training,and the study group used the language training mode combined with music training.The training cycle of the two groups was 6 months.The music tone perception ability,hearing ability,speech ability,children’s anxiety,depressive mood(SCALED,DSRSC score)were compared between the two groups.Results After training,in the study group melody and chord discrimination accuracy was higher than the control group;F3 and C4 tone discrimination thresholds were lower than the control group(P<0.05);auditory and speech were higher than the control group,and SCARED and DSRSC scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Speech Training Mode combined with music training is beneficial to improving the hearing ability,music perception ability,mental state of 3-6 years old children with cochlear implant.
