摘 要:2018年11月《中共中央、国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展的若干意见》出台。《若干意见》提出:办好幼儿师范专科学校,培养热爱学前教育事业,幼儿为本、才艺兼备、擅长保教的高水平幼儿园教师,这是未来努力建设一支高素质专业化创新型幼儿教师队伍的具体要求。“才艺兼备”的“艺”主要指该专业学生所必备的艺术素养,其中,“弹唱跳”艺术综合表现力是关键,它是衡量学生职业素养的重要考核部分。根据作者多年教学经验结合实际教学反映出的问题,分析当下学生“弹唱跳”表现力不足的原因,提出提升“弹唱跳”艺术综合表现力的有效途径。In November 2018,several opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform and standardized development of preschool education were issued.Several opinions put forward that running preschool teachers’colleges well and cultivating high-level kindergarten teachers who love preschool education,are child oriented,have both talents and skills,and are good at nursing and education,which are the specific requirements for building a high-quality professional and innovative team of preschool teachers in the future.The“art”of“both talent and art”mainly refers to the necessary artistic quality of students in this major.Among them,the comprehensive artistic expression of“playing,singing and jumping”is the key,which is an important assessment part to measure students’professional quality.In this paper,based on many years of teaching experience and combined with the problems reflected in actual teaching,the author analyzes the reasons for the lack of expression of students’“playing,singing and jumping”,and tries to explore an effective way to improve the comprehensive expression of“playing,singing and jumping”art.
