摘  要:研究调查不同比例甘蔗渣在添加糖蜜的发酵型全混合日粮(FTMR)中,对产品发酵品质和瘤胃消化率的影响。设定甘蔗渣添加比例分别为0(0甘蔗渣组)、5%(5%甘蔗渣组)和10%(10%甘蔗渣组),在每个处理组分别做无添加(对照组)和糖蜜(2%)组,解析发酵品质和体外培养后的干物质消化率及瘤胃液发酵性状。结果表明:随着甘蔗渣比例的增加,FTMR中的粗蛋白(CP)和粗脂肪(EE)含量逐渐降低(P<0.05),但没有受到糖蜜添加的影响(P>0.05)。随着甘蔗渣添加量的增加,FTMR的pH显著升高(P<0.05),乳酸含量逐渐降低(P<0.05)。在添加2%糖蜜的FTMR处理组中,pH显著降低(P<0.05),并显著提升了FTMR中丙酸的含量(P<0.05)。经过体外培养后,高比例甘蔗渣FTMR处理组的干物质消化率明显降低(P<0.05),而糖蜜添加组的干物质消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,甘蔗渣可以作为反刍动物粗饲料在FTMR中应用,添加比例在5%较为适宜,且使用过程中应该在产品中补充少量糖蜜(2%)来提升发酵品质。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different ratios of bagasse addition on the fermentation quality and rumen digestibility of fermented total mixed ration (FTMR) with molasses.The addition ratios in the study were set as 0 (Control),5%(5%treatment) and 10%(10%treatment),respectively.The fermentation quality,dry matter digestibility and rumen fluid fermentation characteristics after in vitro incubation were analyzed by the Control and molasses addition (2%) in each treatment.The results showed that the contents of crude protein (CP) and ether extract (EE) in FT-MR decreased with the increase of bagasse addition (P<0.05),while they were not affected by the molasses addition (P>0.05).With the increase of bagasse addition,p H in FTMR was significantly increased (P<0.05) and lactic acid content was gradually decreased.In the FTMR with 2%molasses addition,p H was significantly decreased (P<0.05) and the content of propionic acid was significantly increased (P<0.05).After in vitro incubation,the dry matter digestibility of FTMR with high bagasse addition was significantly decreased (P<0.05),while the dry matter digestibility of FTMR with molasses addition was significantly higher than that of the Control (P<0.05).In conclusion,bagasse could be applied to FTMR,and 5%of bagasse addition would be more appropriate,moreover,adding a small amount of molasses (2%) to the FTMR could improve the fermentation quality.
