摘  要:建立了一种离子色谱法测定食盐中碘酸根含量的方法,通过碘酸根的含量再计算得到碘含量,选择阴离子交换分离柱,碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠淋洗液,检出限达到0.054mg/L,线性范围0.10~10.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,重现性良好,相对标准偏差为1.724%,加标回收率为95.8~104.0%。检测结果准确,灵敏度高,环保清洁。a method for the determination of iodate in table salt by ion chromatography was established.The iodine content was calculated by the content of iodate.The anion exchange separation column and sodium carbonate sodium bicarbonate leaching solution were selected.The detection limit was 0.054mg/L,the linear range was 0.10~10.0mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the reproducibility was good,and the relative standard deviation was 1.724%.The recovery was 95.8~104.0%.The results are accurate,sensitive,environmentally friendly and clean.
