摘　　要：基层团队作为企业生产建设和经营管理的中坚力量,他们的素质与能力关系着企业的生产、经营、管理等工作成效,也直接关系着企业未来的生存和发展,如何加强基层团队管理能力,提升基层领导班子战斗力,新源公司积极探索新型管理模式“班委+工作团队法”,有效地提高了基层管理能力。As the backbone of production,construction,operation and management of enterprises,the quality and ability of grass-roots teams are not only related to the effectiveness of production,operation and management of enterprises,but also directly related to the future survival and development of enterprises.How to strengthen the management ability of grass-roots teams and improve the combat effectiveness of grass-roots leading groups,Xinyuan company actively explored the new management mode“class committee+work team method”,which effectively improved the grass-roots management ability.
