摘  要:我国超过60%的人口以大米为主食,其消费需求与日俱增,先进的稻米储粮技术、设施和稻米储藏后的品质保证就显得尤为重要。依次从大米储藏特性、适用的储藏技术以及相关有害生物防治三个方面综述了成品粮大米储藏的研究进展以及仓储实践应用,以期为从事大米仓储工作和仓储科研工作者提供参考。More than 60%of the population in China rely on rice as the staple food,and their consumption demand is increasing.Advanced rice storage technology,facilities and quality assurance after rice storage are particularly important.The research progress and practical application of rice storage were reviewed from three aspects of rice storage characteristics,suitable storage technology and related pest control,in order to provide reference for rice storage and storage researchers.
