高职现代学徒制学徒的生涯适应力研究

摘  要:高职现代学徒制学徒进入企业在岗学习后存在跨组织适应问题,依据生涯构建理论,对13位在岗学徒做了深度访谈,分析不同适应策略的学徒在生涯适应力四个维度的表现差异,得出企业认同导向的学徒生涯适应力表现相对积极和主动,学校认同导向的学徒生涯适应力表现相对消极和被动,提出自主招生阶段把好生源关、强化学徒第一年在校期的企业文化渗透及完善校企双导师沟通机制等学徒生涯适应力培育策略。The modern apprentice system in higher vocational colleges has the problem of cross organizational adaptation after entering the on-the-job learning of enterprises.According to the career construction theory,13 on-the-job apprentices were interviewed in depth,and the performance differences of apprentices with different adaptation strategies in the four dimensions of career adaptability were analyzed.It was concluded that the apprentices'career adaptability guided by enterprise identity was relatively positive and active,The school identity oriented apprenticeship career adaptability is relatively negative and passive.It puts forward apprenticeship career adaptability cultivation strategies such as controlling the source of students in the independent enrollment stage,strengthening the infiltration of corporate culture in the first year of apprenticeship,and improving the communication mechanism between school and enterprise.
