摘　　要：从精准扶贫到精准培训,源自于习近平总书记抓工作“贵在精准,重在精准,成败之举在于精准”的思想。在对汕头市中小学教师培训现状调查的基础上,提出教师培训要牢牢抓住“精准”二字,做“实”培训文章,走好关键五步,即培训理念实效性、培训目标针对性、培训内容多元性、培训形式实践性、培训持续改进。The concept of targeted training is derived from the idea of"targeted poverty alleviation".As far as poverty alleviation is concerned,General Secretary Xi Jinping commented:"Precision is critical,is the key.Success or failure hinges on precision".Hence,according to the investigation of the current situation of Shantou primary and secondary school teacher training,this paper puts forward that teacher training should focus on"precision"which should be pushed to go all out.Generally speaking,there are fi ve key steps to take,namely,the effectiveness of training idea,the pertinence of training target,the diversity of training content,the practicality of training form,and the continuous improvement of training.
