摘 要:文章提出了一种用于识别电磁作动器等效刚度、线圈常数、电阻、电感和摩擦力等集总参数的试验方法。首先使用INSTRON动态材料试验机测量动子准静态下的输出力,通过电流、动子位置和作动力的关系辨识出等效刚度和线圈常数,根据动子在平衡位置的输出力和动子自重识别出摩擦力。然后将动子锁止,通入正弦交变电压,通过测量动子静止状态时的线圈电流和电压识别线圈电阻和电感。最后,为了验证文中辨识得到的集总参数的准确性,建立了电磁作动器的Matlab/Simulink数值仿真模型,仿真计算了定频激励下动子振动加速度,与试验值的对比结果显示:使用了文中辨识的集总参数后,仿真和试验值的主谐波幅值误差在15%以下。In this paper an experimental scheme is proposed to identify the lumped parameters of the electromagnetic actuator,including the equivalent stiffness,the voice coil constant,the coil resistance,the coil reluctance and the friction force. First of all,the INSTRON dynamic material testing system is employed to measure the quasi-static actuator force of the electromagnetic actuator. Equivalent stiffness and the voice coil constant is identified according to the relationship among the the coil current,the mover’s displacement and the actuator force. The friction force is identified according to the actuator force and the gravity of the mover when the mover is in the neutral position. Then the mover is locked up and a alternating voltage is applied. The coil resistance and the coil reluctance are identified by measuring the coil current and voltage when the mover is in static condition. Finally,in order to verify the identified results,a numerical simulation model is established with Matlab/Simulink and the mover’s acceleration is calculated under sinusoidal excitations. The results show that with the identified parameters,the error of the main harmonic amplitude between the simulation results and experimental results is less than 15%.
