摘  要:当前,慕课和混合式课程的建设与应用推动了教学改革,国家逐渐意识到应更加重视基层教学组织的建设,而虚拟教研室是“互联网+”时代基层教学组织建设的一种探索。基于此,文章首先介绍了虚拟教研室提出的背景,分析了虚拟教研室的内涵及三种类型,阐释了虚拟教研室七大特征;随后,文章提出了包含团队建设、平台建设、机制建设、内容建设四个部分的虚拟教研室建设框架;最后,文章以计算思维导论虚拟教研室(CTV)为例,介绍了虚拟教研室的建设案例。作为协同教研的一种新形态,虚拟教研室的建设将对高校教师教学和研究水平提升、对高校教学管理与专业建设水平提升,产生重要影响。At present, the construction and application of massive open course(MOOC) and blended course have promoted teaching reform, and more attention should be paid to the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations.Virtual teaching and researching section(VTRS) are an exploration of the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in the “Internet+” era. Based on this, this paper firstly introduced the backgrounds of the VTRS proposed,and the connotation of VTRS, divided the VTRS into three categories and explained the seven characteristics of the VTRS. Then, the paper proposed the construction framework of VTRS, which included four parts of team construction,platform construction, mechanism construction and content construction. Finally, taking computational thinking VTRS(CTV) as an example, the paper introduced the construction case of the VTRS. As a new form of collaborative teaching and research, the construction of VTRS will have important impacts on the improvement of college teachers’ teaching and researching level, as well as the level of teaching management and specialty construction in colleges.
