摘  要:针对水利行业发展的新形势和对高等职业教育的新要求,通过调研,确定了长江工程职业技术学院水利水电建筑工程专业毕业生首次就业的岗位主要有施工员、监理员和质检员,明确了所需的岗位职业能力。结合岗位所需的职业能力和学科特点,创新了“双主体三阶段四融合”的人才培养模式,构建了基于岗位职业能力分析,由通识课程、岗位能力课程、专业群拓展课程组成的专业课程体系,并从校企合作、实训基地建设、师资力量、教学资源、质量管理体系等五个方面提出了课程体系实施的保障措施。In response to the development of water conservancy industry and the new requirements for higher vocational education,the research is conducted on the first jobs(construction management personnel,supervisor and quality inspector)of graduates majoring in water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering of Changjiang Institute of Technology,and the professional ability for each post is clearly defined based on the survey.According to the required professional ability for the posts and the characteristics of the discipline,it innovates the talent cultivation mode of"double subjects,three stages and four integrations",and constructs a professional curriculum system based on the analysis of professional abilities for the posts,which is composed of general courses,post ability courses and specialty group follow-up courses.It is suggested to take measures to implement the curriculum system from five aspects:school-enterprise cooperation,practical training base construction,teachers,teaching resources and quality control system.
