摘 要:基于复合纳米粒子具有过氧化物模拟酶活性的特点,采用自组装的方法将Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性微粒与金纳米粒子(AuNPs)结合,制备出金磁微粒(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au)复合纳米粒子。探索其模拟过氧化物酶的活性,并构建出具有高灵敏度和选择性的检测邻苯二酚的无酶增强型电化学传感器。结果表明,影响Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au模拟酶催化效率的因素主次顺序为扫描速率>温度>缓冲pH值>Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au添加量,最佳催化体系为反应温度为50℃,Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au添加量为0.0125 g/mL,扫描速率为0.10 V/s,缓冲溶液pH=5;当邻苯二酚浓度处于0.001~0.1 mmol/L时,工作曲线方程为y=1189.2x+39.693,R^(2)为0.9915,最低检测限为0.01489μmol/L;检测体系具有良好的抗干扰性能。Based on the characteristics of composite nanoparticles with peroxidase mimicking enzyme activity,gold magnetic particles(Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au)composite nanoparticles were prepared by combining magnetic particles(Fe_(3)O_(4))and gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)using a self-assembly method in order to investigate the activity of its peroxide mimetic enzyme.Then an enzymefree enhanced electrochemical sensor for selective detection of catechol with highly specificity was constructed.The results show that the primary-secondary order of factors affecting the catalytic efficiency of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au mimetic enzyme was scanning rate>temperature>buffer pH>addition of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au.The optimal catalytic system was the reaction temperature 50℃,the addition amount of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au 0.0125 g/mL,scanning rate 0.10 V/s and buffer solution pH=5.When the concentration of catechol is in the range of 0.001~0.1 mmol/L,the working curve equation was y=1189.2x+39.693 with R^(2) value of 0.9915 and the corresponding limit of detection of 0.01489μmol/L.The detection system has good anti-interference performance.
